Age Concern Birmingham is the leading independent local charity providing services and support for older people living within the City of Birmingham.

We are dedicated to ensuring the well-being and empowerment of older people in Birmingham. We offer a comprehensive range of advice, information, support and services from offices and locations across Birmingham and Sutton Coldfield.

Our services are available to anyone over the age of 50 and others in need, and we welcome enquiries from individuals, their carers, family members, friends and neighbours, either by personal visit, telephone or letter.

We have offices in Boldmere and Druids Heath, and our Advice and Information Service and main Trading office are in Corporation Street in the city centre. Anyone wishing to find out more about the services we offer, or to purchase insurance plans from us, is welcome to visit their local office.

We offer many opportunities for volunteering across the city in a wide variety of activities, and welcome offers of support from people of all ages interested in becoming a volunteer.

Many of the services we offer are reliant on voluntary donations to enable them to continue. If you would like to support our work, click here to find out more about how you can help.
